These terms govern the BounceKo affiliate program (the "Program"). BounceKo is owned and operated by Reganam Limited ("we", "us" or "our"), The Tara Building, 11–15 Tara Street, Dublin 2, D02 RY83, Ireland. By joining the Program, you ("Affiliate" or "you") agree to these terms.
The Program runs on Partnero, which tracks referrals and commissions and hosts your partner dashboard.
All affiliate membership is subject to our prior approval. We may refuse any new or existing affiliate, website or newsletter, in our sole discretion, for any reason, at any time, with or without notice.
Each affiliate may hold only one affiliate account.
By joining the Program, you confirm that:
You earn a commission of 30% of each payment made by a customer you referred. This applies to email verification credit packs and to blacklist monitor plans bought in the BounceKo app, including every monthly renewal of a monitor plan for as long as the customer's subscription stays active.
Lifetime deals are not part of the Program and do not earn commission.
A customer is referred by you when they click your affiliate link and buy within 30 days. If the customer clicks another affiliate's link after yours, the most recent link receives the commission.
You do not earn commission on purchases you make for your own use.
We may change the commission rate or the terms of the Program at any time. You are responsible for checking whether the commission for the links you have placed has changed or been discontinued.
The Program is operated by Reganam Limited, which is responsible for paying affiliate commissions and for all financial transactions related to the Program. Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, processes customer orders but does not pay affiliate commissions.
Payments are made manually. You may request a payout at any time, provided that at least 30 days have passed since each referred sale included in the payout and you have accumulated at least $100 in commission. We send the payment within 48 hours of your request. Commission held in your account does not earn interest.
We pay affiliates in US dollars by PayPal, and you agree to be paid by PayPal. We do not support other payment methods. We may change the payment method in the future.
The commission includes any taxes that may apply in your country or state. If you have to pay or collect tax on a payment, that tax comes out of the commission. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
If an order is refunded to the customer or charged back by the customer, the commission on that order, and any chargeback fees, will be deducted from your balance or from the next payment we send you.
You may place your affiliate links and banners anywhere on your website as you see fit, or in emails sent to people who have agreed to receive them. Sending unsolicited email (spam) containing your links is not allowed.
Coupon sites: websites primarily engaged in distributing coupons or promotional codes are not eligible to join the Program. We may end the membership of any affiliate that we determine, in our sole discretion, is primarily acting as a coupon or promotional code distributor.
Fraud: fraud is a serious offence and will be treated as such. Fraud means any action that intentionally attempts to create sales or click-throughs using robots, scripts or manually refreshing pages, for the sole purpose of generating commissions.
We may remove you from the Program, without liability, for any reason at any time, with or without notice. If you fail to follow these terms, we may end your membership, and any outstanding commission will not be paid.
You may leave the Program at any time.
We will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, including lost revenue or commissions, caused by affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any attempt to harm the Program or our website.
We make no express or implied warranties about the Program or the products sold on this site. We do not claim that the Program or our website will operate without errors, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
The information you enter in the sign-up form is used to create and manage your BounceKo affiliate account, track your referrals and pay your commission. It is stored and processed by Partnero on our behalf.
We process this data to perform our agreement with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting records (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), and, where applicable, for our legitimate interest in running and protecting the Program (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland (EU), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes: We may change these terms at any time. Continuing to take part in the Program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
