Your plan's credits are added when your deal is activated and refilled on the same day every month after that. Each refill tops your monthly balance back up to the full amount of your plan.
No. Each monthly refill resets your balance to your plan's amount, so monthly credits you have not used by your refill day do not carry over to the next month. Credits you buy separately in credit packs are not affected and never expire.
A blacklist monitor watches an IP address or domain you add. Every day it checks whether that IP or domain is listed on any email blacklist, because a listing can lower your deliverability and send your emails to spam.
We activate it on the email address you pay with in PayPal. If you want it on a different address, for example an existing BounceKo account, contact support with your PayPal transaction ID before or straight after you buy.
Yes. The deal is added to your existing account and any credits you bought before stay on it. If you have an active blacklist monitor subscription, cancel it first, because the lifetime deal comes with its own monitors.

Your monthly credits are topped up to the new amount straight away, and your refill day stays the same. Once the offer ends, lifetime plans can no longer be upgraded, but you can still buy regular credit packs, which never expire.
You can buy regular credit packs at any time from your account. Purchased credits never expire and are used after your monthly credits.
